On 9/14/21, AirWave lost her battle with the heart and lung disease that she developed while in a puppy mill. She was a curious little princess who was always begging for food, loved showing off her zoomies, and made me laugh with her silly antics of playing with cat toys and pouncing on me for attention. Despite how she was feeling or what she was going through, she was always excited to be around her friends and eager to share kisses. AirWave absolutely thrived on not just receiving affection but in also making sure the people she loved were happy, and I will spend the rest of my life supporting dogs who face the same problems that she did.
