Born a Dog; Died a Gentleman
The grief we suffer at the loss of a dog pales in comparison to the joy they bring to our lives in the short amount of time they are with us. We had only six short years with Carson after rescuing him from a horrendous situation and he really was a once in a lifetime dog; the leader of our pack. He found joy in everyone and everything and despite all of his ailments, he made sure he received the price of admission for every day he was here. We loved his courage and zest for life and he put a smile on our faces each and every day. He will live in our hearts forever.
Godspeed Carson, until we meet again.
