Sophie Beyers our Miniature Schnauzer was small in size, but she was a mighty force to watch. This little girl, helped me raise three wonderful kids. She heard lots of stories, was dressed in many outfits, snuggled in several beds, carried many tears in her fur and licked her share of ice cream bowls. She loved sharing the space with her other fur brothers and nothing excited her more that chasing those darn little balls. She gave us over 15 years of love and in her final year she gracefully wore a diaper, and held her head high waiting her turn for treats. It was incredibly hard to say goodbye and while I know it was the very best decision, she stayed to make sure I was ok with saying goodbye.. Sophie.. I will always love you. Now you go be with Duffy and I will see you someday again.
