Tucker, our handsome sheltie, was born in our home on October 18, 2009, and he died in our home on June 12, 2023 (he was 13 years and 8 months old). Tucker was a UKC Grand Champion, and a fantastic frisbee catcher. He was very sweet, very affectionate, and very intelligent. Boy, did he love food! His favorite game to play was “hide and seek”. He would “hide” in the porch, while we hide treats all over the house. Once we let him in, he would run throughout the house finding all the treats. We did this every night at 8:30 pm (he knew how to tell time). Of course, he cheated — he would look through the glass door to see where we hide the treats in the living, dining, and kitchen areas! He was so funny! We loved him so much.
I imagine that Tucker is running and playing with his mother, Tori, and his half sister, Molly, and the other five shelties we have owned and lost throughout the years. We will never forget you, Tucker. Wait for us at the Rainbow Bridge. We love you!
